At an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, Borobudur Highland offers a moderate tropical climate coupled with breathtaking views. Borobudur Highland is located within the vicinity of several iconic tourist attractions such as Borobudur Temple and Prambanan Temple.

In general, basic amenities and infrastructure are well-developed in Java as compared to other islands. BOB is committed to build access road and basic infrastructure to and within the Borobudur Highland footprint.
Phase 1 construction will permit both-way access to the Exclusive Resort Zone from Kulon Progo by mid 2024, whereupon large-scale construction projects can then commence going forward. Looking beyond the immediate future, BOB will develop access from Purworejo in parallel with the buildout of other zones. The entire development is estimated to be completed within 10 years.
